Terms of service
Effective June 2026. Short on purpose.
What The Good Binder is
A guided tool that turns your answers into an organized family information binder. It is an organizational aid only. It is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, or medical advice; it is not a will, trust, power of attorney, or any other legal instrument; and using it does not create any professional relationship.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you type, for keeping your printed binder somewhere appropriate, and for choosing wisely who you share it with. The product is built to hold pointers rather than secrets; please honor that design and do not type passwords, account numbers, or codes into any field.
Purchases
The binder is a one-time purchase that includes 12 months of online edits and PDF regeneration. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future customers. The free starter section lets you see real pages built from your own answers before you decide; because the full product is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final.
Your content
Your answers belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them solely to provide the service. Delete your account at any time by emailing support; deletion removes our copies and cannot be undone, so download your PDF first.
Service limits
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we provide it 'as is' without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We may decline or refund service that abuses the system.
