What we collect
Your email address, your first name if you give it, and the answers you type into your binder. That is the list. We never ask for, and our forms are built to never hold, account numbers, passwords, PINs, safe combinations, or codes of any kind.
How your answers are used
Your answers exist to produce your binder PDF and for no other purpose. We do not sell them, share them, rent them, or use them for advertising audiences. If you wrote words for your letter to your family, they are sent to an AI writing service once, solely to shape your letter, and are not used to train any model.
We send the emails that make the product work: your preview, sign-in links, receipts, a few helpful notes in your first week, and one reminder a year to keep your binder current. Every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link that works.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use standard analytics and the Meta pixel to know whether our ads work. These tools see pages visited and events like 'started a binder'; they never see your binder answers.
Sharing
A share link you create shows your binder's answered questions, read-only, to anyone holding that link until it expires after 30 days or you turn it off. Create one only for someone you trust.
Deleting your data
Email aman@techautomationpartners.com from your account email and we will delete your account and all answers within 30 days, confirmed in writing.
